the proof is in the praise

“Hailey is one of the sharpest strategists I’ve worked with. She doesn’t just execute — she sees the leverage. She rebuilt our content and SEO system, fixed what wasn’t working, and helped us scale visibility fast with confidence.”

“Hailey rebuilt our entire organic growth engine. In under two years, she took my site from 0 → 500K monthly readers and helped lay the foundation for two 8-figure education brands. Her strategy changed everything.”

FAQs

The answers you're probably looking for

  • Currently serving clients globally from my HQ (aka home office) in North Carolina, USA. Prior to my recent move back home, I lived as an expat for several years between London, Madrid, Mexico, and Medellín.

  • Conversion focused copy for sales pages, funnels, VSLs, and high ticket offers, plus the messaging and nurture systems that close the gap between interest and action.

  • Once you reach out, we’ll start with a short strategy call to clarify the offer, traffic source, and conversion goal.
If we’re aligned, I’ll recommend the best next step (often a focused VIP Day or scoped project), outline timelines, and get you a clear plan to execution.

Translation: no bloated onboarding, no mystery phases — just clarity → action.

  • Availability depends on current project load. If timing matters, the next best step is to book a discovery call — that’s where we’ll confirm fit, scope, and timelines.

Alternatively, you can reach out via the contact form above on this page (I will respond within 24 hours M-F.)

  • Projects typically start at a premium level, reflecting the depth of strategy involved. Exact pricing depends on scope.

  • Clarity beats creativity every time, and that starts with context.

I’ll ask questions about your offer, your audience, your positioning, and what’s currently not converting. I’ll also look at any existing copy, funnels, sales pages, ads, emails, call notes or transcripts, DMs, testimonials, or proof you have.

If you’ve done market research or have brand guidelines, great. If not, I know how to extract what matters fast.

You’ll complete a pre-project questionnaire before we start, and that’s where most of the heavy lifting happens.

Rule of thumb: there’s no such thing as too much information. The more I understand how buyers experience your offer, the better the copy performs.

  • Both. I write copy for cold traffic that needs to earn trust quickly, and for warm audiences that need a clear reason to finally convert.

The principles are the same — clarity, positioning, and objection handling; but the execution shifts depending on buyer awareness and intent.

  • I approach copy like a sales asset, not a creative exercise. My background in high ticket sales means every word is written with buyer psychology, objections, and conversion pressure in mind, so the copy holds up even when no one’s there to explain it.

  • My approach is shaped by three things: real sales experience, hands on client work, and deep training in direct response and conversion psychology.

Before focusing full time on copy, I worked in high ticket sales and lead generation: closing offers, handling objections in real time, and seeing firsthand what actually makes people move from “maybe” to “paid.”

On the technical side, I’ve studied copywriting, buyer psychology, and conversion strategy through many of the most respected programs and thinkers in the industry, including frameworks from:

    • CopyHackers & Copy Posse

    • Dan Kennedy style direct response

    • AWAI

    • ConversionXL

    • Donald Miller

    • Ben Settle

    • Katelyn Bourgoin

    • and many more

That doesn’t even include the sales training, which is where most copy actually breaks or closes. Each brought a different lens from persuasion, clarity, objection handling, behavioral psychology, positioning, and long form conversion.

    But the most important part?

I didn’t stop at learning it.
I applied it across sales pages, funnels, emails, launches, and high stakes offers where performance mattered.

I don’t write from theory alone.
I write from sales conversations, buyer behavior, and what actually converts.

The result is copy that’s clear, strategic, and built to close (not just sound good.)
